Front Mounted Composite Weights & Front Mounted Weight Boxes

We offer a wide range of Front and Rear ballast options in the form of Weight Blocks and Weight Boxes. Weight Blocks are available in three types:- Concrete - Composite - Steel.

We are very happy to discuss and advise on the correct solution for the customer as for very simple reasons such as too little amount of weight can be dangerous and too much can cause increased operating costs in terms of tyre wear and diesel consumption.

We have an option for adding and removing additional weight quickly with the Drive-in system.

Front Weight Boxes

There are two size options available

1900 mm wide and 2400 mm wide

When filled with concrete they weigh 1350 kg and 1700 kg

When an increased weight is required we use a mineral substance which has a greater density, this allows the max weight of the boxes to reach 2250 kg and 3000 kg

Indicators and headlights are fitted as standard on all boxes. This is a unique feature that is integrated and recessed within the box and prevents damage by obstacles such as fences.

The indicators also improve road safety- when entering busy roads from blind juctions, the indicator is the first part of the tractor that is visible to oncoming traffic.
